Here is my problem I have a 12.7 detroit 60 series and it seems like it just doesn’t have any power. The turbo whistle is very faint. I have a little bit of black smoke out of pipe when i accelerate onto the interstate. I had a brand new crate model put in 2008 and they didnt change the turbo. I believe this is the original turbo.
