Are all Duramax blocks interchangeable?
Lml blocks have a bit more webbing/bracing cast into it but they’re all interchangeable.
Will LLY transmission work in LB7?
Registered. LLY has a single connection for the NSBU, and the LB7 has two wire connections. You will need to swap that and the above mentioned things… But yes that trans will work fine if both are 4wd, or both 2wd.
Can you put a 6 speed Allison in a lly?
yes its impossible. Unless you are an allison software/calibration engineer, or you have access to, and are willing to steal stuff from inside allison……….
