Dont know how hard it is to change in that one but if it IS a problem for him doing it to a ZAF A i would believe that it would be hard on ANY car.. In a Zaf B on the drivers side you need to remove air box top, on passenger side you need to remove the fuse box cover.

The bulb is just a push fit in to the connector / holder block that goes in to the back of the headlight assembly. It was easier to fit the bulb to the connector from above but you have to be careful putting it back in to avoid the touching the glass.

I have just had to change a headlight dip beam bulb on my 2010 Zafira B (1.8 petrol) and found it relatively straight forward but not something you would do on the side of the road !

The dip beam on the driver’s side looks slightly worse to do as access from the engine bay is restricted by the air box (it didn’t look too hard to remove though). Main beam bulbs look easier and can be done from the engine bay. Not open for further replies.
Can you change the light bulbs on a Vauxhall Vectra?
It turned out that the unit supplied has a LH beam pattern anyway. This was replaced with a GM unit and the bulbs can be replaced with the unit still in the car. It is fiddly mind. My Vectra had a fog light that wasnt wired in, user manual says it is not wired in and can therefor be used as a spare.
