What kind of gas does a 4Runner TRD use?
Hello all, I’ve owned my 4Runner trd pro for 10 months now and since day 1 I’ve been putting in higher grade gas than regular (89-93) Just curious what everyone else puts in their runners and if I’m ok with using regular (87) grade. Also if I’ve been using high grade since day 1 is it bad to switch to regular?
Why does my gas tank keep shutting off?
If this vent or hose leading to the tank becomes plugged the air cannot escape and the fueling nozzle will shut off prematurely. In a pinch if the fuel nozzle system uses a plastic sleeve around the nozzle to draw out the gas fumes, you can pull back the sleeve during fueling.
Can a Toyota Sienna be filled up with gas?
BOTH cars suddenly cannot be filled up with fuel. It started several months ago and getting worse. The Sienna is the worse. You go in with a tank that is empty or near empty. When you start to fill it up, the pump clicks off right away. You try again and the same thing!!!
What kind of gas does a Toyota Corolla use?
We recently sold a 1998 Corolla LE that started doing to same thing. We sold the car as it was so frustrating! We normally use HESS gas, but have tried other stations and the same thing. We have called Toyota of Riverhead, NY and they say they have no idea. They want to charge us a fee just to look at it.

A: “There is no law stating that it is illegal to carry fuel on the back of your caravan. As long as it is acceptable with your insurance company, then you are legally allowed to have it there.” What did our Insurance provider say? I just needed to make sure that I was complying with my Insurance Policy.
