When does seat and steering wheel heat with remote start?
40 Degrees F is when the seat heater and heated steering wheel will come on automatically when remote started. Most will also come on when you start the engine if it is below 40 degrees as well. Steering wheel and drivers seat heater comes on just above freezing for me. Wife is not happy that I can’t get the passenger seat to pre heat.
Why does my seat heat not kick on with remote start?
Mine doesn’t kick on with remote start either with the box checked in uconnect. Worksfine manually though, would be nice to know if there’s a fix. Geowar what’s the temp, my seat/wheel heat kick on via remote start but only when it’s cooler out. Haven’t paid attention but it seems like in the morning it will be on but that’s it.

How do I set the remote start heater to auto?
Press the Up/Down buttons until Remote Start is displayed, then press the OK button. Press the Up/Down buttons until Climate Control is displayed, then press the OK button. Press the Up/Down buttons until Heater – A/C is displayed, then press the OK button. Select Auto or Last Setting.
