Why does my Chevy Silverado have a clunk?

For those of you having trouble opening the page, here is the first post. “this came STRAIGHT from a gm tech….. to fix the clunk in the drivetrain from a dead stop (chirp, clunk, bump…etc…) pull the driveshaft and stuff a raquetball in the yoke and reinstall driveshaft…..
Why does my T case clunk when put into drive?
If anyone has heard of this issue before and has some info on it would be much appreciated. forgot to mention, I also pulled driveshaft lubed the slip yoke and checked U joints, Also changed rear diff fluid as well, diff and u joints in great shape.
