Why does my Sierra remote start not work?
I have a 2014 sierra with a factory remote starter. Recently when I try to start the truck cold it does not work but if I start with the key and run for a while the remote start works and continues to work as long as the engine is warm. Going back to the dealership tomorrow to get it looked at again.

What is the remote start code for a Chevy Silverado?

Maybe the hood sensor position is incorrectly set, or there is a loose connector on that circuit. The truck doesn’t crank on cold starts using the remote starter. It was at the dealer 2 weeks ago for a service and a software update. I did have this issue before that update. I’ll check out the hood sensor . Thanks
