Why is the cargo light not working on my GMC Sierra 1500?

Why are my wipers not working on my Yukon Denali?
My wipers were working intermittently. I replaced the motor control board (actually the whole motor and control board, as this is the only way it comes for a 2011 Yukon Denali) Two weeks later and I have the exact same problem. Wipers would not work at all last night, worked this morning.

Wipers will only work on the high speed setting. Low or delay setting will not work. I don’t have a Denali, but an 04 GMC Yukon. Windshield wipers work on highest setting but nothing else. Also can’t use the cleaning function. Wiper blades working fine one day and very next very very very slow moving. My wipers were working intermittently.
