Why does my Polaris 570 RZR not start?
In for the result. Friend of mine haas a 570 RZR that is less than a year old, will very low Compression, with a no start condition. Seems the valves needed to be adjusted. Hope its something simple!
Can a crank stop a Polaris Ranger from running?
A lil bit of scarring wouldn’t stop it from running unless the compression was really low and then the scarring would have to be major or stuck rings.The dealer you took it too are they reputable? They just became a dealer in the last year. they said it had low compression like half of what is suppose to have.
Is it possible to hard start a Polaris?
Once started it ran fine and would start easily again. In both instances they needed a valve adjustment. The valve would not fully close so it could not get compression. Both ran great after that. Might not be it but its worth mentioning to the dealer.

What should I do about my Polaris Ranger hot start problem?
Repair manual calls for 45psi +/- 2psi Contacted the dealer and attempted to contact Polaris via their customer support website. Dealer recommended replacing the $330 fuel pump and reflashing the ECM (at $70 and hour). Polaris customer support (if there was ever a worse title, it should be renamed non-support).
