Does overcoat look good on short guys?
Unless it’s absolutely necessary, we think that shorter men should avoid wearing coats that go past their knees. The classic thigh-length topcoat in grey, navy, camel or black is a great choice for pretty much every man.
Are coats good for short people?
Short coats are great for the petite, as well as average height women or for climates that don’t get too chilly. They also work for spring/autumn weather in colder climates. Medium length (mid-thigh)coats are good for the more petite, where you want more length for warmth, but not so long they overwhelm your frame.

Can you wear a trench coat if you’re short men?
Short men will look best in a trench that ends a few inches above the knee, which will give the leg a longer appearance. Tall guys want to look proportionate by wearing a coat that’s several inches below the knee, or at the very least, at the knee.
