Why does my car squeak when I turn?

I just noticed the past couple days a squeak sound kind of like if you bounced on an old squeaky mattress coming from my front end sometimes when I turn at low speeds or hit certain bumps. I think it’s coming from the front left but I’m not 100% sure.

To check for play in the ball joints, you need to jack it up under the lower control arm, so the upper control arm is off the bump stop.
