Why is the blower motor not working on my GMC Yukon?
All appear fine. I then pulled the blower motor out of dash and determined there was power to the plug at the motor. I bench tested the blower and it worked fine. I have power from the switch to the blower resistor and from the resistor to the motor. Plugging the resistor back in, plugging the motor into the resistor but the motor fails to work.

Also when the drivers heated seat button gets pushed loud buzzing noise, causes rear drivers passenger door light to come on buzzing goes away and heated seat shuts off, on passenger side too.

Decided to hit the bottom of the blower with my 4D cell maglight. Percussive maintenance. Blower started right up. Works in all speeds. Pulled out the little white rubber plug under the blower and sprayed a little bit of wd-40 in around the shaft (bearing) and left blower running for about 10 minutes.

Correction assuming 97 is same (probably is)… Fan relay is as posted before on top of the duct work left of the resistors you can see both behind the glove box if you take it out. The purple wire comes from the relay/resistors according to fan speed selected.

Why does my Silverado Sierra have no fan?
