An air blend door actuator is a small electric motor that houses in a plastic construction. The settings work for different aspects such as temperature, floor, mid vent, defrost, and fresh air. This way, a passenger can control the temperature of the air and in which direction they want the flow of this air.

Step 3 – A fan blower motor is controlled by either a switch in the passenger compartment or by a computer. If this fan motor is starting to fail it will cause the fan motor to run at a lower speed resulting in low air flow.
