What is the recall on Honda Odyssey?

Honda (American Honda Motor Co.) is recalling certain 2022 Odyssey vehicles. The second-row outboard seats may have deformed seat rail locking mechanisms, which could prevent the seat rails from locking into place. A seat that is not locked into place can move unexpectedly, increasing the risk of injury.

Why is my Honda Odyssey sliding door not working?

The problem we’re noticing is that when using the lock/unlock (and sometimes the keyfob), the ONLY door is the rear drivers sliding door. Everything else doesn’t seem to want to work. When I took it to the dealer, the idiot service writer wouldn’t even tell me what the issue was and what they did to fix it.

How do you unlock a Honda Odyssey door?

If you push the door lock button down on the drivers door, it should lock all the doors. Same thing if you used the lock/unlock switch. The unlock function works fine. I’ve pressed the lock on the keyfob after looking all the doors manually and I get the honk and see the security system light blink on the dash.

Why are the power locks on my Odyssey not working?

None of my power locks are working on my 2001 Odyssey EX. FOB makes he lights flash but none of the doors lock. Using the lock/unlock switches on the front doors do not lock the car either. I can hear what sounds like a module or relay click quietly behind the passenger side fuse panel

Check with your dealer….there should be a service bulletin on the door locks. my passenger side door wont accept the key , but its because somebody jimmied it with a screw driver trying to break in. instead of replacing it i bought a keyless entry, the drivers side and trunk still work fine.
