Why does my car sound like a chain dragging?
Have you run over anything recently that might have gotten wedged under the car. A broken exhaust pipe or muffler dragging when driving down the road would make a noise that you would not hear when sitting still.. Well an axle CV joint or wheel bearing could be the problem, those would only make noise while driving.

Well, on my way to school I started hearing this dragging sound, looked under my car fast and there was nothing dragging on the ground, and i didnt see anything quickly that was hitting anything, when i slowed down, the sound slowed down, sped up, it sped up, when i stopped the sound stopped… anyone have any ideas?
