Can you pull the airbag fuse?
The NHTSA says that you can’t remove or disable the airbags on any registered, road-driven vehicle newer than 1996 without a waiver. Simply pulling the airbag fuse may not disable the airbags. Many ACMs utilize an internal battery to ensure deployment even if the power is cut.
Why does my airbag light keep blowing up?

There are two fuses, one for the air bag indicator, and the other for the air bags. I have heard that pulling the “air bag ind” fuse will not affect whether or not the actual air bags will go off in a crash, and it sure is nice not to see that “air bag” light on the dash.

As for the fuse, the cover you took off has a diagram of all the fuses.. use the white thing (should be behind the pink square fuse, there’s another in the engine fuse box) and pull it out or use pliers. If you somehow break itt, junkyard, take a ziplock bag and fill it up, and that should last you like…
