Can you send items from one realm to another?
To answer your question, no you can’t transfer items from one realm to the other.
Can you mail account bound items across factions?
You are unable to send gold or items to characters on another realm or faction. The only exception to this rule are Blizzard Account Bound items which can be sent to characters on the same account, even across realms.

To send cross-realm mail: enter the character’s name, followed by a hyphen “-“, followed by the realm name. Note that cross-realm mail can only send account-bound items, not other items or gold.
