TL;DR No air con (compressor OK) -> regassed -> Air Con OK -> Air Con tails off over a week -> Gas checked, no leak -> Compressor not working -> Relay replaced -> Compressor still not working -> What now? No gas loss you say, good. There are high and low sensors that may be preventing the AC engaging?
