Open the black cover in the door frame. It’s possible that the key cylinder is not seated into the actuator. There’s a slot that it fits into. The power lock can work independent of the cylinder since it’s mechanical. I think it’s a Torx bit.

Click to expand… I’m having the same problem on a 2007 Corolla all of sudden one day – BOTH front door key locks wont turn with EITHER chip or non-chip key. Both keys work fine in the trunk lock. I suspect I must have accidentally changed some security setting somehow, but could not find any help in the Owner’s manual
