Remove old batteries and replace with new ones. Then leave the clock to seek the radio signal…..don’t touch any buttons at all. I don’t have the particular make of clock you mention but I do have two radio controlled clocks. Changeover usually occurs at around 0200hr. They are controlled by a radio signal from Rugby transmitter, not a satellite.
