It’s important to keep the valves adjusted in them, and the 3126E’s tend to have oil leaks in the cylinder head from time to time (coming from the high pressure system that operates the injectors) but it’s usually a very easy fix (O-rings or the pressure sensor). Caterpillar parts are a little expensive! these trucks all have autos behind them too.
