No don’t disconnect the exhaust back pressure sensor. By doing so, it can cause the exhaust brake no to work. If you didn’t disconnect the exhaust back pressure sensor, then I’d try returning your truck to stock programming and then retuning it with RaceME tuning again…just make sure your batteries are holding a full charge.

Why is the exhaust brake not working on my raceme ultra?
Hi, Just installed the raceme ultra (200hp default everything with quick spool and transmission tuning)without a problem, removed exhaust unplugged EGR 4 plugs. Everything works great except the exhaust brake, it will not engage when turned on driving or during warmup either with -10 deg celsius.
Do you have an exhaust brake or engine brake?
The 3 position switch should be your engine brake. Do you have an exhaust brake? If you have an exhaust brake you will see it on your exhaust pipe. If you dont see anything on the exhaust pipe, you dont have an exhaust brake. I dont think Ive ever seen a vision with an exhaust brake.
