Where is the IAP on a 3126 engine?
Location: The IAP is located on the front left side of the engine and screws into the head just to the right of the HEUI pump. Has a 10″ wire harness with a triangular 3 pin connector. Google “3126 sensor locations” for some clear pictures if in doubt.

Since you have a 3126, I believe your fuel pressure regulator is faulty. I have seen this many times before. The regulator is located on the back of the head. When the fail, they allow fuel to leak out of the head and cause the engine not to start. Your engine needs 25 psi to start. If your engine has a hand primer pump, you can prime it up.
